食材:明虾,葱,姜,生抽,香油
 
1. 明虾洗净去壳,葱姜切丝
 
2. 将少许生抽,几滴香油,少许盐糖和水搅拌均匀,作为酱汁备用
 
3. 康宁蓝宝石锅中入油,将虾壳刺啦一声放入锅中炸成金黄色
 
4. 取出虾壳,放入虾,葱姜丝和酱汁,将虾炒熟,完成~
