海堂薰鲜贝

食材:
新鲜鲜贝 3个、新鲜海棠花 5朵、花菜 200g、酸奶油 100g、奶油 200g、黑麦面包 1个
 
调料:
盐 30g、幼砂糖 5g
 
做法:
1.先将鲜贝用海棠花和盐腌渍3小时,然后用冰水冲洗,沥干水分,放在烟熏机里熏制1小时
2.花菜去梗放在水和奶油中煮透,捞出并打成泥,拌入酸奶油、盐和柠檬汁
3.黑麦面包切薄片并烤干
